The role
We’re looking for Veterinary Surgeons at different stages of their careers.
You may be a few years qualified and looking for stronger mentorship and clinical development, or an experienced vet who wants more ownership and the opportunity to grow into something bigger as the group expands.

About you
You’ll need to be MRCVS registered or eligible to register and comfortable working across a general small animal caseload.
Beyond that, attitude matters.
They want people who are curious, collaborative and excited by the idea of helping build something rather than simply stepping into a fixed role.
