Location:
This is a long-established veterinary practice that has been serving the local community for over 100 years. Their branch is based in an historic Suffolk market town. They are surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside and close to the historic coastline and Areas of Natural Beauty. For those looking for something a little livelier they are just a short drive from the thriving waterfront town of Ipswich and the celebrated Roman city of Colchester, with easy access to London from nearby Manningtree station.
About:
Their surgery is based in a striking Grade 2 listed building that has been refurbished and extended to create a modern clinical environment whilst retaining the character of the old building. They have all the latest equipment and facilities you would expect including air conditioning throughout, digital x-rays, video endoscopy, multiparameter monitoring and a therapeutic class IV laser. They are proud to be a RCVS GP status accredited practice, have achieved cat friendly status.
Role:
They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic veterinary surgeon who shares their values. They can consider any level of experience and flexible working including but not limited to;

● Part time
● Consulting only role
They would welcome an experienced colleague but also have the capacity and desire to support those who may need it. The role would include 1 in 3 Saturday mornings but no OOH duties. They actively encourage vets to develop their own areas of interest including support and funding to study for certificates if so desired.
Salary:
For the right candidate they can offer a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience. There is also a generous welcome bonus and relocation package available. They offer sponsorship for overseas employees.
