An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, supportive team across two established small animal practices in Cambridgeshire.
This role is ideal for a confident Vet who enjoys a varied medical and surgical caseload and is looking for genuine work-life balance — with no out-of-hours or on-call duties.
The role
- £38,000–£75,000 DOE
- 39 hours per week over four weekdays
- 9.5-hour working days
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 8:30am–12:30pm
- No OOH or on-call
- Flexible and part-time working considered
You'll primarily work across two practices, with a varied caseload and the support of an experienced wider team.
For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to take on a Senior or Lead Vet position, with additional leadership responsibilities.
The team
You'll join a close-knit team of 8–9 Veterinary Surgeons, supported by experienced Nurses, Veterinary Care Assistants and a dedicated reception team.
