We at Lloyd & Cowan are working with a modern, well-equipped small animal practice in the Midlands who is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
You'll be confident managing routine medical and surgical cases and enjoy the variety of first-opinion practice. An interest in orthopaedics would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
The role offers a 40-hour week, no out-of-hours and no sole charge — giving you the support and work-life balance to enjoy your career.
The practice
You'll join a friendly, experienced team of Vets, Nurses and support staff, with a busy and varied caseload including exotics.
Facilities include:
- Digital X-ray
- In-house laboratory and ultrasound
- Multi-parameter monitoring
- Exotic equipment
- Support from a qualified physiotherapist for orthopaedic cases
The practice also carries out home visits in its own dedicated practice van, adding something a little different to your day-to-day role.
On offer
- Salary from £50,000+, depending on experience
- 40 hours per week
