An award-winning team in the Dumbarton area is looking to welcome a small animal vet to their growing practice. Whether you're an experienced vet looking to mentor others or you're keen to further your own clinical interests, you'll be joining a friendly, long-standing team that genuinely invests in its people.
Hours: Full or part-time considered (30+ hours). Weekend rota is just 1.5 in 8 for full-time vets or up to 1 in 10 for part-time, with no out-of-hours.
The Practice
This is a thriving 11-vet practice led by two experienced Practice Owners, supported by 6 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 3 VCAs, and 4 receptionists. The team has exceptionally low staff turnover, creating a close-knit and collaborative working environment.
Career development is a real focus, with generous CPD and certificate support available. Current team members are working towards certificates in exotics and internal medicine, and consult-only roles can also be considered. Outside of work, the team enjoys regular social activities, including a running club and yoga.
