Veterinary Surgeon | East Sussex | Up to £60,000
A well-established small animal practice in East Sussex is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon into its friendly and supportive team.
This role offers a great opportunity for a confident vet who enjoys branch practice, clinical autonomy, and building strong client relationships, while still benefiting from the support of an experienced wider team and hospital backup when needed.
The Role
- Full-time with flexible working considered
- Split between two branches
- Mix of consults and routine surgery
- Sole charge role with full support available
- Every other Saturday morning
- 1:15 second on-call rota
You’ll manage your own cases and enjoy the variety and continuity that comes with community-based practice.
The Practice
The practice has been caring for pets across the region for over 45 years and offers access to excellent facilities, a collaborative clinical team, and strong local client relationships.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, welcoming team with a strong focus on collaboration, wellbeing, and community involvement.
Package
- Salary up to £60,000 DOE
- 6.6 weeks holiday including bank holidays
- £1,750 CPD allowance
- RCVS and additional memberships paid
- VDS cover
