The hospital stands as the largest independently owned 24-hour in London and is currently expanding to accommodate additional sick pet referrals and incorporate MRI services.
With a veterinary team boasting certification holders across various disciplines, and supported by a dedicated team of RVNs and experienced support staff, the hospital is committed to delivering excellent patient care to every pet, every day.
This role offers numerous opportunities to make a meaningful impact by supporting the team and engaging with the broader independent management team.
About the role
Areas of the role where you will be exceedingly efficient and motivated will be:
Rota set ups for both Day & Night teams
Clinical Meeting Arrangements
Knowledge and Management of CT Referrals
Complaint Handling (both clinical and service)
Overview of both service and clinical areas of performance
Delegating areas of accountability within your team
Ideally you will have previously managed a large hospital and have the desire to always improve.
Salary & Working Pattern
This is a full time, permanent position comprising of 40 hours per week.
Salary for the position is up to £60,000 dependent on experience
First 6 months accommodation can be included.
