What This Role Looks Like
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring a talented group of veterinarians
• Developing clinical quality standards and elevating medical excellence across multiple sites
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development
• Driving strategic hospital performance through thoughtful planning and goal-setting
• Ensuring a culture of teamwork, respect, and client-focused service
• Working 50–75% clinically, staying close to the medicine you love while influencing the bigger picture
What You’ll Bring
• DVM degree and 3–5+ years of strong clinical experience
• At least 2 years of proven leadership or management success
• A passion for developing people and fostering engaged, high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to guide change
• A commitment to delivering outstanding care and shaping a positive workplace culture
