What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Guiding and developing the veterinary team

  • Overseeing clinical services and operational best practices

  • Ensuring exceptional medical quality and client experience

  • Mentoring, coaching, and supporting team growth

  • Building strong relationships with referring partners

  • Reviewing and optimizing medical protocols and processes

What You Bring

  • DVM degree (or equivalent)

  • Ability to obtain a Texas license

  • Background in emergency medicine or a specialty area such as oncology, surgery, ECC, radiology, or internal medicine

  • At least 2+ years of clinical or industry experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative abilities

  • A forward-thinking mindset and commitment to excellence
