What You’ll Be Responsible For

Guiding and developing the veterinary team

Overseeing clinical services and operational best practices

Ensuring exceptional medical quality and client experience

Building strong relationships with referring partners

Reviewing and optimizing medical protocols and processes
What You Bring
-
DVM degree (or equivalent)
-
Ability to obtain a Texas license
-
Background in emergency medicine or a specialty area such as oncology, surgery, ECC, radiology, or internal medicine

At least 2+ years of clinical or industry experience

Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative abilities
