The Opportunity
As Medical Director, you’ll lead clinical standards, drive operational improvements, and foster a positive team culture. You’ll work in close partnership with the Practice Manager to support your team, guide decision-making, and elevate patient care.
About the Hospital
This is a full-service small animal general practice offering:

Preventive and wellness care

Puppy/kitten and senior support
-
Routine surgeries (spay, neuter, mass removals)

In-house diagnostics and laboratory

Urgent care and microchipping
The practice is home to six experienced DVMs, a skilled technical team, and a shared commitment to client education, compassionate care, and work-life balance. The hospital is open Monday–Friday (8am–6pm) and Saturday mornings (9am–12pm).
What We’re Looking For

DVM or equivalent degree

Licensed or eligible to practice in South Carolina

DEA license or eligibility

3–5+ years of clinical experience

Interest in leadership, mentorship, and collaboration
