With a dedicated support team and a strong foundation in the community, this practice offers the perfect setting for a Medical Director to make a lasting impact.

The Opportunity

As Medical Director, you’ll lead clinical standards, drive operational improvements, and foster a positive team culture. You’ll work in close partnership with the Practice Manager to support your team, guide decision-making, and elevate patient care.

About the Hospital

This is a full-service small animal general practice offering:

  • Preventive and wellness care

  • Puppy/kitten and senior support

  • Routine surgeries (spay, neuter, mass removals)

  • In-house diagnostics and laboratory

  • Urgent care and microchipping

The practice is home to six experienced DVMs, a skilled technical team, and a shared commitment to client education, compassionate care, and work-life balance. The hospital is open Monday–Friday (8am–6pm) and Saturday mornings (9am–12pm).

What We’re Looking For

  • DVM or equivalent degree

  • Licensed or eligible to practice in South Carolina

  • DEA license or eligibility

  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience

  • Interest in leadership, mentorship, and collaboration
