Our client that we are pleased to be working with are calling all experienced vets who want to take on a leadership role at a busy clinic in Perth and be rewarded with a salary of up to A$140,000 per annum. They operate a busy small animal practice. Their clinic employs highly skilled receptionists, nurses and animal attendants who are ready and willing to assist a high performing vet in any way they can.
They typically open Monday to Fridays from 7am to 8pm but split their shifts into morning, mids and evenings so that you can still enjoy the work/life balance that is so important to have. They are open on Saturdays and these are worked on a rotational basis evenly across their team. The successful candidate with thrive at working sole charge and in return reap the rewards of an annual base salary of up to $140,000 per annum. On top of your base salary you will have the ability to earn even more with their unique incentive plan. Under this plan you will receive 20% of any gross profits you produce so your earning capacity is really uncapped! For vets coming from overseas they offer a relocation allowance and accommodation for a fixed period when they arrive.
