Unique Exotic Vet Opportunity in Hong Kong!
They are a progressive and busy 24-hour hospital (50% exotics, 50% small animals), with exceptional facilities:
several flexible and rigid Storz endoscopes, laparoscopic surgery, CT, ultrasound, cryosurgery, IDEXX lab
suite/Abaxis machine, IM3 dental x-rays, dedicated hot and cool wards and exotic ICU units. Each vet works with a
team of two dedicated Vet Nurses for translation and clinical work. Their friendly and fun team of 11 vets includes 4
exotic certificate holders. They have a dedicated night team so the day vets are not required to work nights.
They are close to the sea, mountains and country parks, yet only a short drive to Central district, packed with
skyscrapers and shopping malls. The subway system is one of the best in the world, and English is an official
language in Hong Kong. Outside the bustling city centre, there are stunning hiking trails with lush vegetation,
country parks, beaches and several outlying islands waiting to be explored. Hong Kong boasts an amazing food
culture, with countless options varying from refined Michelin star restaurants to charming local street food stalls.

They are looking for an experienced exotic vet, either a specialist or a vet holding/working towards a Certificate
in Exotics.
They offer:
● Working on day shift only
● Base salary plus monthly production bonus (up to 210K AUD/year)
● Hong Kong’s low tax rate of 17%
● Support with VSBHK registration
● Relocation expenses (VISA application, flight, quarantine hotel and meals if needed)
● 1 st month accommodation in serviced apartment paid
● Professional fees paid
● Indemnity insurance, medical insurance
● 4 weeks annual leave plus 13 days Statutory Holidays
● 2 weeks CPD leave and generous CPD allowance
