Join a friendly and supportive team as a Surgical Veterinary Surgeon in Wolverhampton. This exciting role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a busy small animal-only first-opinion clinic, performing consultations and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations and perform surgical procedures.
Opportunity to work in sole charge, if preferred.
Support available for those interested in pursuing a certificate in surgery or imaging.
Flexible Work-Life Balance:
Open to full-time, part-time, or flexible working patterns.
Rotational Saturday shifts (once every 4 weeks) for consultations and emergency cases only; no out-of-hours work required.
Well-Established Client Base and Case Continuity.
Equipment & toys:
Utilise in-house Idexx laboratory equipment for blood and urine samples.
Access to Mylab X5 ultrasound machine, dental equipment, and digital x-ray facilities.
Latest soft tissue and orthopaedic kits.
Practice Team:
Collaborate closely with a dedicated team including veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, support staff, and a Branch Manager.
