An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and supportive team in Doncaster.
Working a four-day week, with part-time applicants considered, this role offers no out-of-hours or bank holiday work and 1 in 6 (approx.) Saturday mornings (8-12.30pm) with TOIL during the week.
The role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon capable of working independently in both medicine and surgery, with excellent opportunities to develop your individual clinical interests.
The Role
- Varied small animal caseload across medicine, surgery, emergency and inpatient care
- Opportunities to develop surgical skills, including laparoscopic and orthopaedic procedures
- Wide range of in-house diagnostic equipment, including Imagyst, ultrasound, dental radiography, endoscopy and i-STAT
- Dedicated hospital shifts combining inpatient care and emergency cases
- Friendly and supportive team of 6 vets with a wide range of interests
- Rota catered towards individual strengths and interests
- 40 hours over a 4-day week, with part-time applicants considered
- 1 in 6 (approx.) Saturday mornings (8-12.30pm) with TOIL during the week
- No out-of-hours or bank holiday work
Benefits Include
- Salary up to £50,000, dependent on experience, with scope for a higher package depending on additional certificates or experience
