Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon | Merseyside | £44,000–£60,000 DOE
A well-equipped Tier 3 small animal hospital in the North West is looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to their supportive and highly skilled team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vet looking for a varied role, excellent clinical facilities and genuine career development. You'll work alongside certificate holders in Medicine, Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging, with individual progression actively encouraged.
The hospital is exceptionally well equipped with CT, MRI, digital X-ray, ultrasound, laparoscopy, dental radiography and more.
The role:
£44,000–£60,000 DOE
4-day week
Flexible working available
Consulting and routine surgery
Approx. 50% branch work with hospital support
Branch-only option considered
Weekend rota – 1 in 8 weekends or alternative rota available
Occasional OOH holiday/sickness cover
What's on offer:
6.6 weeks annual leave
£1,750 CPD allowance plus CPD attendance time
RCVS, VDS and BSAVA/BVA fees paid
