A well-established small animal practice across Suffolk and Norfolk is looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to their friendly and supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for a Vet looking for genuine work-life balance, a varied caseload and the flexibility to shape their role around their clinical interests.
The role offers a balance of consulting and surgery, typically split across 2 consulting days and 2 surgical days, although the team are happy to tailor this depending on your interests.
The role:
£36,000–£70,000 FTE DOE
Permanent position
Full-time or part-time options available
36-hour, 4-day week for full-time
1 in 6 Saturday mornings with TOIL
Typical shifts of 8:30am–6:30pm
Option to work from one location or across multiple sites
The team actively encourage professional development and offer support towards accredited certificates and further clinical interests.

£1,750 CPD allowance
6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays
RCVS fees and two additional memberships paid
VDS cover
