We are working with a progressive, vet-owned and vet-led small animal hospital in Singapore, seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a vet who wants strong clinical exposure, genuine support, career progression and a positive working environment. The clinic has built a culture where team fit, mentorship and work life balance are valued just as much as clinical standards.
The role would suit a vet with a few years of experience, however more junior vets are also welcome and will be joining a supportive environment with experienced colleagues around them.

The Practice
Our client is a veterinarian owned and run hospital based in Singapore, with a strong focus on high quality clinical care, client communication and team support.
The practice partners closely with pet owners to support the long term wellbeing of their pets, while also placing real importance on teamwork, clear communication and a positive internal culture.
This is not just a standard first opinion role. The team has access to advanced diagnostic imaging, in house laboratory equipment, orthopaedic surgeries and a varied medical and surgical caseload. There is also scope for vets with an interest in exotic animal medicine, which would be highly valued within the team.
You would be joining a current team of 4 veterinarians, supported by a larger clinical team that helps create a positive and sustainable working environment.
The Role
As Veterinary Surgeon, you will be involved in delivering high quality care across a varied small animal caseload, with the opportunity to develop your skills in medicine, surgery, diagnostics and client communication.
Depending on your experience level, you will be supported to build confidence clinically while also being encouraged to follow your own areas of interest.
The team strongly supports continuous education, so whether you are a newer graduate looking for the right first step, or an experienced vet looking for a fresh opportunity in Singapore, this is a clinic where learning and progression are genuinely encouraged.
What They Are Looking For
- Veterinary Surgeon eligible for registration in Singapore.
- A few years of experience would be ideal, but new graduates are welcome.
- Genuine interest in high quality small animal practice.
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Positive, team focused approach.
- Interest in surgery, imaging, internal medicine or exotic animal medicine would be an advantage.
- Someone who values support, progression, professional development and a healthy working environment.
