About the Role
A permanent part-time or full-time Small Animal Veterinarian position is available within a supportive, well-established team.
You will work alongside an experienced Lead Veterinarian and a team of five skilled Veterinary Nurses in a collaborative environment where professional growth, clinical development, and work–life balance are genuinely valued.
Rostering is flexible and can be tailored to suit individual lifestyle needs, including options for four longer days or five shorter days. The role includes rotating Saturdays with sole charge responsibility for routine consults only, with emergency cases referred externally.
About You
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent qualification
- Registered or eligible for registration with the VIC Veterinary Board
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience (flexible for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
