Great opportunity for an enthusiastic small animal Vet.

Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are pleased to be working with a Practice who has been providing exceptional veterinary care for small animal, equine and farm animals in Fivemiletown, Irvinestown and the surrounding areas for over 20 years!

About:

You will be a key part of a two practice group, utilising your skills as a small animal Vet.  They strive for excellence in customer care and they continually invest in the development of their team. They pride themselves in being a friendly, well equipped facility with excellent working conditions. They are a first opinion practice with a very varied medical and surgical caseload.

Their clients are loyal and expect the highest standards of care for their pets, which encourages us to do great clinical work and work up cases thoroughly. As a result, their caseload is varied and interesting.

Role:

This is a great opportunity for a clinician who is looking to make their mark on a practice whilst delivering exceptional client care.  This position would suit a small animal vet, ideally with a minimum of 3 years' experience, who is capable and confident of working sole charge and who possesses good communication skills. You will have a team player mentality and a passion to deliver excellent care and client service.

With this role, along with development, you will have a great work-life balance, as they can offer full or part-time hours and they can also consider flexible working There are no OOH's in this role, but some Saturdays will be required on a rota basis.

Salary up to £55k pro rata, dependant on experience. They can offer fully funded Visa sponsorship (you must be eligible to register with RCVS) and a relocation allowance.

They know that benefits are key, and that your personal benefits priorities will differ from others. Holidays, pensions, discounts, paternal leave, fee payments or share save schemes might be your priority.

Flexible working is essential for others, and they are very open to finding a creative working pattern that suits. For clinical staff, CPD is probably critical.

They offer a wide range of amazing CPD – you'll have access to Knowledge Hub, the best online veterinary learning resource within the industry - and they also offer an allowance to spend on external courses too.
