An exciting opportunity is available for a New Graduate or Recent Graduate Veterinarian to join two growing and highly regarded companion animal clinics in the Geelong and Surf Coast region.
This shared role offers an outstanding opportunity to start your veterinary career in genuinely supportive environments where mentorship, collaboration, and professional development are a true priority.

The Opportunity
This is a companion animal only role shared across two well-established and expanding clinics. Both clinics are known for their strong team cultures, supportive leadership, and commitment to helping new graduates succeed.
You’ll work alongside experienced veterinarians and highly skilled nurses who genuinely enjoy teaching and mentoring early-career vets.

No after-hours or on-call requirements
1 in 4 Saturday mornings
Shared role across two clinics
Well-supported consult and surgery days
