Our client in Brighton, East Sussex is looking for a new Vet that is an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly small animal Veterinary team.
Role:
The role is based at their main 24-hour hospital, working as part of the day team, and joining the weekly rotation of ward, surgical, and consulting shifts that are shared amongst the hospital team. The caseload is varied, with both emergency and advanced medical cases referred to them from their 5 branch practices and local practices that they support.
About:
Their purpose-built hospital has a range of high-technical equipment, including ultrasound, digital x-ray, laparoscopy, rigid and flexible endoscopy, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory.
They have dedicated cat, dog, exotic, isolation, and day procedure wards, with a fantastic nursing and support team to work alongside.
Their team has multiple certificate holders and colleagues with a huge range of clinical interests and expertise, including referral services for orthopaedics, ophthalmology, advanced imaging, and exotics.
They run an OOH team alongside their day team at the hospital.
They are committed to continuing the further development of their team members, with ample opportunity for learning and development through dedicated in-house and external CPD.
Type of candidate they are looking for:
They are looking for an experienced and approachable team player to join their over20 strong Veterinary team. You the successful candidate will join their 4-day week rota, with a 1:5 weekend, and time off in lieu.
