If you're a Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse who enjoys taking the lead, shaping clinical standards, and supporting a dedicated team, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to step into a position where your influence truly matters. I’m partnering with a fantastic practice seeking a senior nurse who can help guide daily operations, strengthen workflows, and nurture a close-knit, highly engaged team.
In this position, you’ll work side by side with an experienced senior vet and a strong support team, taking ownership of clinical coordination, diary management, equipment oversight, and team engagement. You’ll also benefit from the guidance of a knowledgeable regional manager, while a nearby 24-hour hospital provides seamless out-of-hours support—meaning there are no on-call duties for you.
Your full-time 40-hour week (with the option to structure this across four days) includes a 1:4 Saturday rotation, a 1:10 Sunday rotation at the supporting hospital, and one bank holiday per year. The practice is known for its warm, loyal, and largely insured client base, giving you the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care with confidence.
