We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into a senior, career-defining leadership role within a well-established, progressive practice.

This is a fantastic chance to work closely with the Clinical Director, helping to shape clinical standards, mentor colleagues, and influence the future direction of a highly respected team.


The Role

  • Full-time position, 38-hour week over 4 days (plus minimal weekend rota contribution)

  • Blend of hands-on clinical work and leadership responsibility

  • Deputise for the Clinical Director when required

  • Support clinical governance, case standards, and service development

  • Mentor and develop colleagues, encouraging confident decision-making and growth

  • Play a key role in maintaining exceptional patient and client care


The Practice

This is an Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons accredited, multi-site environment with a central hospital based in Chippenham. The team prides itself on modern facilities, collaborative working, and delivering consistently high clinical standards.
