Senior / Head Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Dublin
Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established, progressive small animal practice in Dublin that is seeking an Experienced Registered Veterinary Surgeon to join its highly skilled and supportive team.

This modern, purpose-built practice is fully equipped and designed to support excellent standards of veterinary medicine. The clinic is conveniently located with excellent access to public transport, including train, bus, and Luas services, all within walking distance.
The practice offers excellent facilities including:
Three consultation rooms
Two surgical theatres
Dedicated dental suite
Separate dog and cat wards
In-house laboratory
Scanning room
Digital x-ray, ultrasound, and dental x-ray
You will be joining a supportive team of vets, nurses, and care staff within a wider veterinary group that places strong emphasis on clinical standards, knowledge sharing, and continued professional development. Additional support and training are available through a dedicated medical team, offering excellent opportunities for case discussion and ongoing learning.
The ideal candidate will have:
Solid experience in small animal practice
Confidence in consultations, case management, and routine surgery
A proactive, hard-working, and motivated approach
The ability to work well as part of a collaborative team
A strong commitment to excellent patient care and client service
A genuine interest in further education and professional development
