Our client is searching for an experienced and enthusiastic RVN to join their multi-site practice as a Senior Nurse!
About them
The multi-site practice covers 4 locations, with your role including branch work to oversee clinics in other sites. The supportive and professional team includes 14 vets across all locations, with professional development and career progression actively encouraged.
Your responsibilities as a Senior RVN will include
Play a key role in collaboration with our Senior Management Team, looking after the smooth running and operations of the practice.
Line manage members of the junior nursing team, including delivering personal development reviews, motivating and supporting them.
Spot and act on underperformance and poor behaviour in a positive way through delivering constructive feedback.
Encouraging others when they are out of their comfort zone looking after their development and acting as clinical coach.
Undertake responsibilities for duties as desired and required by the Nursing Manager.
Drive clinical excellence and exceptional client experience.
Maintain and promote good working practices, improving efficiencies and standards across the practice.
Resolve simple customer complaints.
Rota
This is a full time, permanent position involving 40 hours a week. Flexible working hours can also be considered.
Salary
The salary for this position is between £30-32,000 depending on experience.
