We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected veterinary practice in Morrinsville, New Zealand, seeking a Senior Dairy Veterinarian to become a trusted advisor to progressive dairy farmers across one of the country's premier dairy regions.

The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, you'll support some of New Zealand's leading dairy businesses while helping shape innovative herd health and production programmes.
Whether your passion lies in reproduction, herd health, nutrition, mastitis management, youngstock performance, consultancy or business development, you'll have the opportunity to develop a role that plays to your strengths.
In This Role You'll:
Build long-term advisory relationships with progressive dairy clients
Lead herd health and production programmes
Influence clinical services and practice development
Mentor and support junior veterinarians
Work collaboratively within a highly experienced production animal team
Enjoy a varied caseload that extends well beyond seasonal work
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
5+ years' experience in production animal practice
A genuine passion for the dairy industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to provide practical solutions that improve farm performance
Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach
A commitment to ongoing professional development
Companion animal experience is welcomed but isn't essential.
