Step Into a Registered Veterinary Nurse Role With Advanced Hospital Equipment and Real Clinical Variety

I’m excited to share a standout opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a busy, forward-thinking small animal hospital where you’ll have access to impressive advanced facilities and the support to grow your career properly.

This is a role for an RVN who enjoys variety, thrives in a hospital setting, and wants to feel valued for the expertise they bring every day.

Why This Role Stands Out

You’ll be joining a well-established, multi-site hospital group supported by a flagship RCVS-accredited hospital, with excellent in-house capability including a dedicated feline unit and the opportunity to gain exposure to more advanced services such as CT imaging, orthopaedics, and laparoscopic surgery support. Clinical standards are high, but so is the level of support.

The Role at a Glance

Full-time (40 hours per week)
4-day week with 10-hour shifts
• Structured weekend rota
Salary from £28,745 depending on experience

There’s genuine scope here to develop special interests, including Clinical Coach responsibilities and involvement with advanced services and surgical teams.

The Team & Culture

• Join a large, supportive nursing team including Senior RVNs, RVNs, Student Nurses and ANAs
• Strong focus on wellbeing, collaboration, and a positive day-to-day environment
• Recognised for strong clinical standards and progressive, patient-first care
• A welcoming culture where nurses are encouraged to learn, contribute, and progress

What’s on Offer

6 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays (pro rata)
CPD allowance plus paid CPD days and funded training support
• Paid RCVS membership and VDS cover
• Company sick pay and enhanced family-friendly leave
• Optional private medical cover via payroll
• Health and wellbeing support with cashback on treatments
• Retail, travel and lifestyle discounts

• Paid volunteering day
• Clear commitment to employee engagement and long-term development

Who This Would Suit
