We at Lloyd & Cowan are delighted to be working with a practice who are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team! The role will include theatre work, inpatient care, consults, reporting to the Head Nurse, some pharmacy work and assisting the Vets when needed. They would ideally like someone who wants to run nurse clinics, however this isn't mandatory.
Rota:
This role is for 40 hours per week over 5 days, 8 hours a day Monday-Friday. There will be 1 in 5 Saturday mornings and no out of hours. They are happy to consider part-time applicants.
About them:
They are a busy small animal clinic, based in March, a small market town in the Fens just a 20-minute drive from Peterborough. They pride themselves on offering exceptional client and patient care.
The practice is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental equipment, 3 consult rooms and a nurses room. In addition to this we have a designated pharmacy, theatre, and dental area.
They currently have 6 Vets including a locum, 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 6 Receptionists, a Cleaner and are currently recruiting for a fulltime Animal Care Assistant. They have two certificate holders in Cardiology and one in small animal surgery
Salary:
Up to £30,500 DOE
