Our client has a exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their two-branch practice in Knocknacarra.
About them
The small animal group is located in the beautiful coastal city of Galway, with a wide array of top of the range equipment and services to ensure provision of exceptional care to their patients. The highly skilled team comprises of 10 Veterinary Surgeons, 9 Veterinary Nurses, 3 Receptionists and a Practice Manager. This includes Cert holders in Small Animal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency and Critical Care, Anaesthesia and Analgesia, Dermatology and Diagnostic Imaging. Professional development is highly encouraged.
Rota
Full-time, permanent position of 36 to 40 hours per week, typically over 4-5 days per week.
Shift patterns include 8-5, 9-6, 9:30 - 6:30.
No Sundays/Bank Holidays or Out-of-Hours.
Salary
Up to €37K + benefits depending on experience.
The role includes clinical nursing and client effacing roles such as nurse clinics. Previous experience working in small animal referrals would be preferred, but not essential. New graduates are welcome to apply and support and training will be provided.
