Looking for True Flexibility Without Compromising Clinical Quality?
I’m speaking with a forward-thinking, well-resourced small animal practice that’s offering an outstanding opportunity for a part time veterinary surgeon who wants genuine flexibility, modern medicine, and a team that truly has your back.
This role has been designed around work–life balance. Whether you’re returning to practice, managing other commitments, or simply want a role that fits your life (not the other way around), this position can be shaped to suit you.
Why this role is special
You’ll be working in a purpose-built, modern clinical environment with access to advanced diagnostics and surgical equipment typically reserved for much larger hospitals. Think CT and MRI access, endoscopy, advanced orthopaedics, modern anaesthesia and pain management, with further services being actively developed. Clinical standards are high, but so is support.
The team culture is collaborative, friendly and highly experienced, with strong leadership that genuinely enjoys mentoring and helping vets grow in confidence. This is a place where your interests are encouraged, whether that’s consult-only work, a mix of medicine and surgery, or developing a certificate or special interest over time.
