A premium, fast-scaling London veterinary group is redefining neighbourhood vet care with modern, advanced, beautifully run clinics and growing at real pace. We're looking for an Operations Director to build the engine that makes that scale happen.
This is not a steady-state, keep-the-lights-on role. It's for a hands-on operator who has personally built, fixed and scaled multi-site businesses — and wants to do it again, faster.

- Day-to-day operations across a rapidly growing multi-site estate
- The systems, processes and playbooks that let us open and integrate sites at pace
- Real problem-solving on the ground — not just from a dashboard
- Performance, standards and a first-class client experience at every location
Who you are
- A proven multi-site operator from a premium, service-led world — private healthcare, dental, high-end fitness/wellness, aesthetics or hospitality
- Energetic, genuinely hands-on, and a consummate problem-solver
- Someone who's driven change in a start-up or scale-up, not just managed steady state
- Vet-sector background welcome only if you've truly built and transformed — not managed a region
