The Role
As Nurse Manager, you will:

Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of nurses and student nurses.

Drive high standards of patient care and client experience across the practice.

Oversee rotas, recruitment, appraisals, and team development.

Collaborate with senior management to shape the future of the practice and introduce new initiatives.
About You

Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience.

Confident leader with strong people skills and a collaborative approach.

Passionate about high-quality patient care and excellent client service.

Organised, proactive, and able to balance clinical and management duties effectively.
