The Role

As Nurse Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of nurses and student nurses.

  • Drive high standards of patient care and client experience across the practice.

  • Oversee rotas, recruitment, appraisals, and team development.

  • Collaborate with senior management to shape the future of the practice and introduce new initiatives.

About You

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience.

  • Confident leader with strong people skills and a collaborative approach.

  • Passionate about high-quality patient care and excellent client service.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to balance clinical and management duties effectively.
