Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment are delighted to be representing a Veterinary Hospital based in Barnstaple who are actively recruiting an OOH Emergency Veterinary Surgeon to join a dedicated OOH Team.
The Position:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian passionate about emergency and critical care (ECC) to work in a fully equipped hospital while enjoying a better work-life balance.
The Hospital:
Purpose-built Hospital in Barnstaple, that offers a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, and dental expertise.
The Veterinary Hospital is equipped with cutting-edge technology, providing a stimulating environment for veterinary professionals to grow and excel in their careers.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent patient care within a varied and interesting caseload.
Work a schedule of 7 nights on shift followed by 14 nights off.
Collaborate with and be supported by two highly experienced RVNs at all times.
Operate within the state-of-the-art Veterinary Hospital, featuring advanced equipment such as digital dental x-ray, ultrasonography, and a CT scanner.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong passion for ECC and commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
Motivated, forward-thinking clinician.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
