Therefore, we are delighted to be working with a Non-profit Veterinary Group whose ethos is not to take profit out of the business but to reinvest in care standards and their staff.

They have an opportunity for a Night Registered Veterinary Nurse in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire with a state-of-the-art 24 hour Hospital with a settled team of experienced Vets and Veterinary Nurses.

The role:

  • The role will involve caring for inpatient and new admissions, and the applicants should be strong across the ECC disciplines, but flexible in their approach.

  • You will see a broad spectrum of cases with day overflow, routine ops and emergency care.

The Practice:

  • Modern 24 hour Hospital

  • Spacious and air-conditioned

  • Operating theatres, dental suite, separate imaging, cat ward and isolation, complex ops, in-house laboratory and CT scanner.

  • Operate Smartflow our digital patient journey from admission to discharge.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual:

  • RCVS registered

  • Strong communication skills – with your colleagues and customers

  • Enjoys being part of a highly driven team

  • Familiarity with nurse-led procedures is highly advantageous

  • 7 nights on 14 nights off rota (If this doesn't suit you have various shift patterns are available & will listen to your requirements
