Night Registered Veterinary Nurse | Somerset
A busy veterinary hospital in Somerset is looking to welcome a Registered Veterinary Nurse to their dedicated out-of-hours team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an RVN who enjoys emergency and critical care and thrives within a varied, fast-paced hospital environment.
You'll work alongside a dedicated Night Vet, caring for inpatients, preparing emergency surgeries and carrying out anaesthesia. A twilight team member also provides support with appointments, patient triage and infection control.
The caseload is genuinely varied and includes trauma cases, toxin ingestions, blocked bladders, GDVs, C-sections and more.
The rota:
4 nights on, 7 nights off
3 nights on, 7 nights off
Rolling rota
7:00pm–8:30am
The team are looking for an RVN who works well under pressure, communicates confidently and has a genuine passion for emergency patient care.
