Mixed Veterinarian – Full Time | North Queensland
We at Lloyd & Cowan are working with a well-established independent mixed animal clinic (40+ years) who is seeking a motivated and energetic mixed veterinarian to join their team.
The Role
True mixed practice: 50% equine / 50% small animal
Combination of clinic-based and ambulatory work
Exposure to a wide range of procedures including:
Small animal surgery
Large animal surgery
Ultrasound, radiology & endoscopy
Canine breeding services
Equine medicine, reproduction & specialist surgery
Work alongside an experienced, supportive team
About You
Experienced in horse handling (essential)
Friendly, reliable, and professional
Able to work independently and in a team
Organised and capable in a fast-paced environment
Motivated with a strong “can-do” attitude
