Lead Veterinary Surgeon | Dublin | Up to €80,000+
A well-established, community-focused small animal clinic in Dublin is looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon into a key role.
This is a sole charge position, suited to a confident vet who enjoys a mix of consults and routine surgery and is comfortable taking clinical ownership day to day. What makes it stand out is the direction of the practice. Growth is very much on the agenda, and this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in building and shaping the team over time.
You’ll be supported by an experienced nursing team, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of care while also influencing how the practice develops. It’s an ideal fit for someone who values autonomy but also wants their voice heard when it comes to future direction.
The role offers a strong work life balance with no out of hours, a structured rota, and a varied first opinion caseload.
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to €80,000+ depending on experience
- 4 to 5 day week with light weekend requirements
- No OOH or on call
- Generous annual leave
- CPD allowance
- Professional fees covered
- Pension contribution scheme
This would suit a vet with solid first opinion experience who is comfortable with sole charge and is keen to step into a role with real influence, without fully stepping away from clinical work.
If you’re based in Dublin or considering a move and want something with both stability and future potential, this is well worth a conversation.
