The Role:
Guide and mentor the veterinary and nursing team
Champion best-practice standards across medicine and surgery
Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive growth and clinic success
Build lasting client relationships in a supportive, community-focused environment
About You:
BVSc (or equivalent) with Australian registration
Proven leadership experience or strong leadership potential
Solid surgical and medical skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A proactive, team-first mindset with a passion for animal care
