Our client is looking for a motivated, passionate Dairy Vet who’s excited about innovation, collaboration, and supporting progressive farmers.

What Makes This Different?

  • A proactive client base - These farmers want to sit down and talk herd health, performance, and future goals.
  • Consulting-focused approach – You’ll have strategic, quarterly sit-downs with clients, over coffee, talking goals, data, and results.
  • An environment that backs your career – Whether you're into tech, business, or clinical excellence, this team will support your direction.
  • Cutting-edge tech & tools – Think wearables, custom-built dairy software, and a 1:2 Vet-to-Tech ratio. You’ll be surrounded by support that lets you do your best work.
  • No two days the same – From scanning and herd health to helping shape the future of wearable tech in animal health, this is where dairy vetting gets exciting.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering proactive veterinary care focused on prevention and performance
  • Supporting herd health, reproduction, and seasonal planning
  • Building trusted relationships with farmers and techs alike
  • Working with purpose-built systems that streamline and support your day-to-day
  • Participating in the on-call roster as part of a fair and supportive team
About You:
  • MUST be eligible for registration in New Zealand
  • Strong clinical skills - from scanning to sick cow work
  • A deep curiosity for agri-tech, data, and performance-driven farming
  • A team-first, client-focused mindset with a desire to grow in your career

What's on offer:

  • Competitive salary DOE
  • CPD & study support
  • Development planning every 6 months
  • Employee wellness & mental health support
  • Extra leave for birthdays and long service
  • Parental leave top-ups
  • Discounted vet services
  • Flexible work arrangements to help you balance life & work
