Our client who we are delighted to be working with on the lookout for a Head Vet to lead their fabulous team. This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the continuous improvement of their clinical standards and services and to upskill colleagues to support them in their aim of being a centre of clinical excellence.
Who they are looking:
Their new Head Vet will be a key member of their surgery’s management team. They’re looking for someone with a high level of clinical expertise who is passionate about delivering outstanding care. Their ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role with the drive and passion to deliver against a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring their team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence-based care.
Working pattern:
The required working pattern is 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends. No OOH but they do need their Head Vet to be on call if they have any overnight inpatients.
About them:
They pride themselves on the training and support they offer to students and they’re delighted to say previous students have joined them on a permanent basis once qualified. They're constantly working on new initiatives to support skill gaps and they make sure CPD is continuous and happening across all levels in our surgery.
