Therefore, we are delighted to be working with an Independent Modern Veterinary Practice in the Nottingham, who are seeking to appoint a Head Veterinary Nurse.
The role:
This role drives the efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the clinical activities within the surgery and in doing so, it is key to growing turnover and profitability.
This role is responsible for ensuring clinical governance of the nursing team and for helping to steer the overall direction and unify the clinical culture of the business.
The Practice:
Surgery is purpose-built
Spacious and air-conditioned
Well-equipped consult rooms, operating theatres, dedicated dental suite, separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas, x-ray, dental x-ray ultrasound, air dental and laboratory equipment
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual:
Excellent organisational skills, who puts their patients and their owners first
Competence in nurse clinics and surgical nursing is essential; and you must be flexible in undertaking and sharing a full range of duties to support the efficient running of the surgery.

Remuneration:
Attractive salary- £32k to £38k
