A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to take the next step as a Head Veterinary Nurse within a friendly, community-focused practice in Surrey.
This is more than a traditional Head Nurse role. You'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting and developing your nursing team while continuing to deliver exceptional patient and client care.
The role
You'll lead from the front, supporting nurse-led clinics, surgery and inpatient care while helping to create a positive and collaborative team culture.
You'll also work an 8-hour hospital shift every fourth weekend, alternating between Saturdays and Sundays, alongside participation in the hospital's on-call rota — offering exposure to more complex and varied cases.
