We have a brand new, hot Head Nurse opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role within a well-run, modern setup – without the chaos you often get in busy London clinics.

The role itself
You’ll be leading an experienced and supportive nursing team within a purpose-built, well-equipped practice. There’s a strong clinical team in place (6 vets), plus a solid reception team, so you’re not firefighting day to day – you can actually focus on leadership, standards, and development.
It’s a nice mix of clinical and leadership – supporting RVNs, students and VCAs, driving standards, and keeping the team running smoothly.

The setup

Really practical London location – Northern Line access straight into central (and you actually get a seat as it’s the end of the line), plus a more relaxed, greener feel compared to the usual South West London spots. It’s a good balance if you want London access without the full-on pace.
