Due to growth and expansion we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Graduate Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive and dynamic team based in Forest Row, East Sussex!
About:
It is a beautiful spacious practice set in the desirable Forest Row village, East Sussex close to East Grinstead Town.
You will be joining the current team, consisting of two senior veterinary surgeons with interests in regenerative medicine, oncology- both medicine and surgery and alternative medicine and a strong nursing and reception team, with a lovely team culture
You’ll see a busy, interesting and varied caseload, the practice is very much client centric and as such the practice has a strong following of lovely loyal clients. The practice is well equipped and there isaccommodation available above the practice if required

A 4-day working week and share of weekend duties
The spacious and purpose-built practice offers a wide range of services, excellent facilities, and plenty of off-road parking.
Your training will include:
3 months of one-to-one training outside the normal vet rota
Practical wet-labs (surgery, dentistry, ophthalmology and ultrasound) and night training
Workshops on dermatology, cardiology, exotics, consult training, resilience, mental health and leadership
Online Courses in dentistry, surgery, medicine and ECC
You will also have a dedicated VETGDP advisor to help you settle into your role. He or she will be your first point of contact for clinical advice and pastoral care, and they’ll help make your integration into the Medivet community as smooth as possible.
Benefits Package:
Salary of £35,000 p.a. (a vehicle can be provided or you can select vehicle £2500)
4 day working week
BVA, RCVS, VDS and first year of BSAVA paid for
