This is an excellent opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a genuine passion for farm animal work and a strong understanding of modern farming systems. You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team committed to developing the next generation of farm vets.
The Role
This is a hands-on, ambulatory farm vet position offering exposure to a varied caseload across dairy, beef, and sheep farms. You’ll be involved in routine and emergency calls, fertility work, herd health planning, and preventative medicine. With structured support and mentorship, you’ll quickly build confidence and develop your clinical and practical skills on farm.
The Practice
You’ll be part of a dedicated farm animal team with a strong reputation for delivering practical, proactive veterinary services. The practice works closely with a loyal client base, focusing on herd performance, productivity, and animal welfare. There is a real emphasis on teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and supporting graduates as they transition into practice.
