Our accredited hospital of excellence has a strong focus on supporting our veterinarians and have implemented a number of strategies to ensure the psychological safety of our veterinary team.
Some of these strategies include nurse consulting teams, one-on-one regular catch-ups with our vets to discuss any concerns and to offer support, flexible working arrangements to ensure our vets get home on time and career progression and training opportunities!
