An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Farm Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving and forward-thinking farm animal practice in Scotland. This role is ideal for a vet who is enthusiastic about farm animal medicine and keen to develop their career within a supportive and progressive team.

About the Practice

This well-established and growing farm animal practice prides itself on clinical expertise while remaining approachable and adaptable within the ever-changing agricultural industry.

The team consists of:

  • 16 Farm Animal Vets

  • 6 Vet Technicians

  • 2 Embryologists

  • 2 Regional Advisers

  • Dedicated administrative and dispensary support

The caseload is varied, with a strong focus on cattle and sheep. Alongside modern approaches to traditional veterinary services, including laparoscopic surgery and ovarian cyst aspiration, the practice provides a comprehensive advanced breeding service. This includes artificial insemination, semen collection, embryo transfer and IVF for cattle, sheep and other species as required.
