At Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment, we are pleased to be working with an established, farm-animal-only practice covering Somerset and Devon. The team combines traditional service values with a modern, proactive approach to herd health and dairy consultancy.
The Role
This is a varied position with a strong dairy focus, offering the chance to take real ownership of clinical work while contributing to the development of services.
You’ll be involved in:

Routine fertility and herd health management across more than 30 dairy farms

Beef, sheep, and youngstock work providing a genuinely mixed caseload

Delivering discussion groups and farmer training

Shaping and driving clinical standards within the practice

Working alongside vet technicians and ATT staff, allowing you to focus on clinical duties
The out-of-hours rota is currently 1:6 and typically quiet.
