Part-Time Veterinary Surgeon – An Exceptional Opportunity for Work–Life Balance and Quality Clinical Practice
I’m delighted to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon seeking a flexible, part-time role within a highly supportive and progressive clinical environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied caseload, is confident in surgery, and values a team culture built on collaboration, respect, and high standards of care.
In this role, you’ll join a well-established group of skilled vets and nurses who work closely together to deliver thorough, compassionate care. The clinic focuses solely on small animals, offering a strong surgical and medical caseload—making it a perfect fit for a vet who enjoys hands-on clinical work while still prioritising work–life balance.
You can expect a warm, encouraging environment where your experience is valued, your input matters, and your professional development is genuinely supported.
What you’ll bring:
-
MVB/DVM or equivalent with full professional registration
-
At least 2–3 years of small-animal experience
-
Strong surgical and clinical capability
-
The ability to work independently when needed, while contributing positively to the wider team
-
Excellent communication skills and a calm, client-centred approach
What’s on offer:
-
A flexible part-time schedule designed to support balance and wellbeing
-
A dedicated small-animal caseload with opportunities to refine and expand your skills
-
Full support for CPD and further development
-
Professional memberships covered
-
A progressive, patient-focused culture where continuous improvement is encouraged
If you’re a compassionate, motivated vet who wants a part-time role without compromising on clinical quality or teamwork, I’d be delighted to tell you more.
