We’re working with one of Ireland’s largest veterinary groups as they continue to develop their 24/7 hospital and emergency service in South Dublin.
They are looking for an ECC Diplomate to take a senior clinical position within the service, remaining hands-on with complex cases while having genuine influence over its future development.
The opportunity
You’ll work across a busy emergency and critical care caseload, taking the lead on more complex medical and surgical cases while providing senior clinical expertise to the wider ECC team.
There is scope to be involved in:

Complex emergency and critical care cases

Emergency and soft tissue surgery

Senior clinical decision-making

Mentoring and developing ECC clinicians

Developing clinical protocols and standards

Case reviews and knowledge sharing

Helping shape the continued growth of the ECC service
The hospital already provides a 24/7, 365-day emergency service, giving you an established caseload and infrastructure to build upon.
About you
You’ll be a Diplomate in Emergency & Critical Care, with the clinical confidence to manage complex ECC cases and a genuine interest in helping develop both people and clinical standards.
This could particularly suit someone who wants to remain heavily involved clinically and surgically, but is ready for greater influence over how an ECC service operates and develops.
Package
€130,000+ depending on experience
